Return & Exchanges

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 10 days of the date the package is delivered.  To return/exchange, parts must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the it.

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to service@num1autoparts.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the parts back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.
Packages sending back to service@num1autoparts.com as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed.  Please also email us relevant tracking number at autoparts88@163.com after you ship them out.

Return: Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to us  in original condition & packaging.  After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the parts less standard shipping & handling fee.
